Good filter, easy install
I ordered the PlanetCare 2.0 Microfiber Filter and the installation was surprisingly straightforward with the included Universal Adapter. Delivery took about 6 days to get to my place in Oregon, which was reasonable. The filter itself seems well-built; it feels sturdy. I've been using it for a few weeks now, and it's catching quite a bit of lint, so it seems to be working as advertised. I haven't had to contact support yet, but the instructions were clear enough that I didn't need to. The Cartridge Return Box also makes the recycling part seem simple for later.

Filter is doing its job
Got the PlanetCare 2.0 filter setup a few weeks ago. It was pretty simple to put on the washing machine, didn't even need my husband's help, lol. I've noticed a bunch of gunk in the cartridge already so it's definitely catching stuff. Feels good to not just be washing plastic down the drain. I got the Replacement Cartridges 6-pack at the same time and that seemed like a good deal. No complaints so far, it just works.
Solid product, slight shipping delay
I purchased the Starter Kit 2.0 and overall, I'm happy with it. The filter is easy to install, and I like knowing I'm doing something about microfibers. It definitely collects a lot of stuff. The only real downside was that shipping took a bit longer than I expected, around 8 days to reach me in Florida, but it arrived in good condition.
